GENERAL INFORMATIONS

- I reserve the right to decline your commission, if I don’t feel comfortable with working on it.
- I reserve the right to adjust any information on my site, as well as the price of any commission accordingly. However, I will never change the price of a commission that has already been previously agreed upon.
- I will not be responsible for any mistakes on the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the commissioner’s responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.
- I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.
- Work time can take anywhere between 1 week+/- and 1 month+ depending on the project, please keep this in mind when commissioning me.
- All communication between myself and the commissioner will be conducted and documented via Discord or Twitter.
- All personal information will be kept private and confidential.
- In case of any delays, the commissioner will get notified.
- The commissioner may apply maximum 3 major corrects during the whole process. Any additional corrects will require additional fee $5 per change.
- Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start linearting.
- The commissioner can ask for WIP anytime, but do not spam. (ex: asking everyday for updates).
- The crucial corrects can be made only during the sketch phase of the work.

IMAGE RIGHTS AND USAGE

- I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise specified.
- I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio.
- I reserve the rights to post the commission online, unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, gift, VTuber debut), then I will wait accordingly.
- I reserve the rights to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.
- The commissioner must not claim my work as theirs.
- The commissioner has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Twitter page) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
- Under no circumstances may the commissioner use commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes, including prints and redistribution of the commissioned image(s) unless this was discussed previously. The exception are Twitch emotes used in the commissioner’s community Discord (and only that one).
- The commissioner may only use artwork that was created specifically for them, and are for the commissioner’s personal use only. This includes wallpapers, cropping the image for avatars/icons, printing the image for personal display, etc. unless this was discussed previously.
- The commissioner may only use the commercial artwork (ie. emotes) for the designated purposes only, unless discussed previously.
- The commissioner must not post the original full-sized file online.
- The commissioner is not allowed to remove the watermark or edit the picture.
- If the commissioner wishes to modify an existing piece (eg. standard emotes into christmas emotes, minor changes), they must contact me and I will edit the picture for them. Depending on the complexicity of the edit, I may charge for the edit.

PAYMENTS

- All commissions are PayPal only, in USD (American Dollars). Payments are made via PayPal invoices, which - I will send to the commissioner once the price and details of the commission(s) has been determined.
- Do NOT pay for commissions via donations on stream.
- The commissioner must pay 50% of the price after the sketch is accepted. The other 50% has to be paid after the piece is finished.
- Finished artwork will be sent to the commissioner after receiving the full payment.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse.
- Refunds may be requested at any time, but keep in mind the following points:
- Commissions are non-refundable during or after the texturing stage.
- If the commissioner wishes to cancel a commission, the refunded amount will be determined by how much work has been completed. The commissioner will receive what has been completed up until the point of refund.
- Digital commissions will be sent to the commissioner via discord or email at its original resolution.
